Investor is fully aware that purchases are made AS-IS. Due to the nature of the transaction, the seller will have no knowledge about the condition of the property and cannot provide a seller’s disclosure notice. The condition of the property is SOLELY Investor’s responsibility to discover. Investor further acknowledges any email message and the contents thereof are intended solely for the addressee. Investor acknowledges that information within any email message may be legally PRIVILEGED AND CONFIDENTIAL. Any electronic transmission is sent in trust, for the sole purpose of delivery to the intended recipient. Investor may not reproduce, disseminate, or forward the contents of any electronic transmission received from any Homes By Rocket, Max Home Cash, or We Close The Deals, associate without expressed written consent. Investor expressly agrees that the identities of any individual, entity, and any information relating to a property made available by Homes By Rocket, Max Home Cash, or We Close The Deals, shall constitute “Confidential Information” and Investor or any associated entity or individual or Investor’s clients/buyers shall not, within two (2) years from the date hereof: directly or indirectly initiate, solicit, negotiate, contract or enter into any business transactions, agreements or undertakings with any such third party identified or introduced by Homes By Rocket, Max Home Cash, We Close The Deals, or its affiliates; or seek to by-pass, compete, avoid or circumvent Homes By Rocket, Max Home Cash, We Close The Deals, or its affiliates from any business opportunity by utilizing any Confidential Information or by otherwise exploiting or deriving any benefit from the Confidential Information. The Parties shall not in any way whatsoever circumvent each other and/or attempt such circumvention of each other and/or any of the parties involved in any of the transactions the Parties wish to enter into and to the best of their abilities shall ensure that the original transaction codes, data and proprietary information established are not altered.


Each user of this website agrees to conduct all inquiries into and discussions about all properties on this website solely through our company and shall not directly contact the seller. Any unauthorized contact with the seller will be considered intentional interference with a Contract. You agree to pay damages of $75,000 to the contract holder if you attempt to circumvent or intentionally interfere with this contract.
